6.2 In the absence of an amicable solution, any dispute arising in connection with the present TOU shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction over CHUM's registered office, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or the introduction of third parties.

6.3 These GCU shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with French law.
